1. The Subject of the Agreement

2. Rights and Obligations of the parties
2.1. CUSTOMER RIGHT
2.1.1. Place an order for booking hotel services using the Internet, phone calls and other methods specified at . 2.1.2. To refuse the order or change the order only after agreement with the EXECUTOR in writing.

2.1.4. Independently check the order data before placing it and booking hotel services. The CUSTOMER bears full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the use of the data used by him when placing the order.
2.2. CONTRACTOR RIGHT
2.2.1. Require the CUSTOMER to adhere to all procedures for ordering and booking hotel services strictly according to the rules set forth on the website
2.2.2. Demand from the CUSTOMER full agreement with the terms of the Offer. Without consent to the terms of the offer, refuse the CUSTOMER to provide services.
2.2.3. Withhold from the CUSTOMER or demand payment of the full cost of fines on the terms of the hotel specified in the order, in case of change, refusal of the order or no-show to the hotel. 2.2.4. Provide the CUSTOMER with reliable information about the hotel and payment methods. In the case of payment for the order through the payment terminal, provide the CUSTOMER with information on the amount of payment agreed with the payment systems involved in the hotel reservation process.
2.2.5. Use third parties to receive payments for services.
2.2.6. In exceptional cases, replace previously confirmed hotel rooms with rooms of the same or higher category at no extra charge.
2.3. CUSTOMER MANDATED
2.3.1. Agree to the terms of this Offer.
2.3.2. Do not proceed with placing an order without first reading the CONTRACTOR rules. If the CUSTOMER has begun to place an order, the EXECUTOR has the right to consider that the CUSTOMER is fully acquainted and agrees with the rules.
2.3.3. Indicate the current and correct contact information when registering and placing an order (name, phone number, e-mail).
2.3.4. Pay in the amount indicated in the application the cost of the order using the payment methods presented on the website and within the time specified by the CONTRACTOR in the process of placing the order.

2.4. CONTRACTOR MANDATORY

2.4.3. If it is not possible to book on the conditions stated by the Customer, inform the Customer about this and offer booking on alternative conditions.
2.4.4. Accept payment for services from the CUSTOMER (including through third parties) after proper ordering and successful booking of hotel services.
3. Rules for canceling an order, changing an order and refunding to a CUSTOMER
3.1. The CUSTOMER has the right to refuse the order at any time. At the same time, a late cancellation of the order (cancellation of the reservation of hotel services after the maturity date specified in the confirmation or application) or no-show at the hotel entails accruing to the CUSTOMER in favor of the EXECUTOR of penalties in the amount of the cost of one night stay in the reserved room.
3.2. When making changes to the order relating to the essential conditions for the provision of services (changing the accommodation facility, the start or end date of the provision of services, etc.), these changes are considered a new reservation for hotel services, the initial order is subject to cancellation. The date of change or cancellation of the order shall be considered the date of receipt by the EXECUTOR of the corresponding written application of the CUSTOMER. Cancellation conditions depend on the cancellation conditions specified by the hotel indicated in the order and are reflected on the website
3.3. Refunds to the CUSTOMER in case of cancellation of the order, change of order, no-show at the hotel, late cancellation of the order (cancellation of hotel services reservation after the deadline indicated in the order) is made on the conditions posted on the website https: // .ru and available for familiarization to the CUSTOMER prior to placing an order.
3.4. In the case of a refund for a reservation that was paid with a credit card, the funds will be returned to the client on the card used for payment, cash withdrawal and transfer to other details is not possible. The receipt of funds in the Client’s current account depends on the particular bank, but usually does not exceed 30 banking days. At the request of the Client, the Hotel can send a scan of the payment order with a note on the refund.
4. Responsibility. Dispute Resolution
4.1. The CUSTOMER represents the interests of all persons indicated in the order and is personally liable to the EXECUTOR for the correctness of the data provided in the application about them, for the fulfillment by all persons of all obligations, including obligations to pay for the order and pay a fine in case of refusal to provide hotel services (including no-show hotel).
4.2. The CONTRACTOR shall not be liable in the event of failure to perform or improper performance of services on its part or on the part of third parties arising from the inaccuracy, insufficiency or delay of the confirming information and documents provided by the CUSTOMER, as well as arising from other violations of the conditions of this Offer by the CUSTOMER.
4.3. The CONTRACTOR shall not be liable in case of CUSTOMER's no-show at the hotel on the first day of arrival and, as a result of this, possible non-check-in at the hotel.
4.4. The CONTRACTOR is not responsible for the discrepancy of the services provided to the expectations of the customer and his subjective assessment.
4.5. The parties will make every effort to reach agreement on controversial issues through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement in the negotiations, the disputes that have arisen are subject to consideration in the Moscow Arbitration Court.
4.6. For all other issues not provided for in this Offer, the Parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. All possible disputes arising from the provisions of the Offer will be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Data Confidentiality
5.1. The CUSTOMER is guaranteed the confidentiality of the data provided by him for the purpose of booking hotel services.
