  1. The hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed upon with the hotel. After the agreed period, the Resident is obliged to vacate the room. If it is necessary to extend the period of stay, it is necessary to inform the hotel administrator about this no later than 2 hours before checkout time - 12 hours local time. Subject to availability, the Administrator extends the stay.
  2. The hotel is open 24 hours a day.
  3. Accommodation at the hotel is carried out in accordance with the checkout time system:
  • Check-in time is from 14.00 local time
  • Departure time - until 12.00 local time
  1. With the consent of the Guest with these rules and his registration at the hotel, the contract for the provision of hotel services is considered concluded.
The procedure for the provision and payment of a hotel room:
  1. A hotel room is provided upon presentation of an identity document, as well as other documents required for registration of a citizen in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. These documents are:
    • For a citizen of the Russian Federation - Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation);
    • For a foreign citizen - Passport of a foreign citizen, visa (if necessary), migration card;
    • For a stateless person - a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person (stateless person's passport), a temporary residence permit of a stateless person or a residence permit of a stateless person;
    • For citizens under 14 years of age - a birth certificate, documents proving the identity of the parents who are with him (adoptive parents, guardians) or accompanying close relatives who have a document certifying their authority.
  1. Payment for accommodation and hotel services is carried out at free (contractual) prices approved by the management of FE “Bazhenova OA” and accrued in accordance with a single checkout time. For stays of less than a day (24 hours), a fee is charged per day, regardless of the time of arrival and departure.
  2. In the event of a delayed check-out of the guest after the estimated checkout time, the accommodation fee is charged in the following order:
    • from 12:00 to 23:00 - 50% of the room rate per day;
    • from 23:00 to 12:00 the next day - 100% of the room rate per day.
  1. All payments are made in rubles. Cards accepted: VISA, VISA Electron, MC, Master Card Electronic, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB.
  2. There is no charge for children under 6 years old staying in a family settlement without a seat or with a crib. Children after 6 years on an extra bed are paid extra; without extra bed - only breakfast is paid.
  3. After 23.00, guests who are not staying in the room will be charged based on the cost of an extra bed for 1 person.
  4. When making settlements with a discount (seasonal discounts, special offers), the following rules apply: discounts are available only from the open rate with direct bookings through the hotel (without services, booking / travel agencies); discounts are not cumulative; Discounts are provided only for accommodation.
  5. A room key is issued upon presentation of a guest card.
  6. In case of untimely cancellation of the reservation (less than a day), late or not arrival of the guest, he or the customer will be charged for the actual simple number in the amount of its cost per day. If you are late for more than a day, the reservation is canceled.
Hotel Policies:
  1. Residents are required to:
    • take care of the property and equipment of the hotel;
    • observe cleanliness and established order;
    • in case of loss or damage to hotel property, reimburse the cost of damage in accordance with the current price list;
    • strictly comply with fire safety rules;
    • when leaving the room, close the water taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV, electrical appliances, close the room and hand over the key.
  2. The hotel is prohibited:
    • smoking throughout the hotel, including rooms (in accordance with Federal Law No. 15-ФЗ of 02.23.13). In case of violation of this obligation, the hotel reserves the right to contact the law enforcement authorities to bring residents to administrative responsibility for smoking in the wrong places. In this case, if the hotel is brought to administrative responsibility, as a result of the aforementioned violation by the residents (and / or those invited by them) of the established prohibition of smoking tobacco in the hotel territory - the Hotel reserves the right to demand money from the aforementioned hotel’s compensation, in the amount of a fine, submitted to the Hotel by the competent state authorities (the Guest hereby confirms that he also knows that smoking in the room will entail reimbursement by the guest of damage to the hotel in the form of expenses for additional special cleaning of the room (prolonged ventilation, use of odor absorbers, washing of curtains, tulle, textiles) in the amount of 5,000 rubles).
    • disturb the living from 23.00 to 8.00;
    • leave unauthorized persons in the room, and also give them the room key;
    • to store bulky things, flammable materials, weapons;
    • use an electric boiler and electric stove;
    • rearrange furniture in the room is possible only with the consent of the hotel administrator;
    • keep animals, birds.
  3. In case of damage to the hotel, the Guest is liable.
  4. The hotel is responsible for the loss, shortage or damage to the belongings of guests brought to the hotel, with the exception of money, other currency values, securities and other precious things. A thing entrusted to the hotel employees or a thing placed in a hotel room or other place designated for this is considered to be brought into a hotel. The hotel is responsible for the loss of money, other currency valuables, securities and other precious things of the guest, provided that they were accepted by the hotel for storage, or were placed by the guest in an individual safe provided by the hotel, regardless of whether this safe is in his room or in another hotel room. The hotel is exempted from liability for the non-preservation of the contents of such a safe if it proves that under the terms of storage anyone could not access the safe without the knowledge of the person living or became possible due to force majeure. A resident who has discovered the loss, shortage or damage to his belongings is obliged to immediately notify the hotel administration. Otherwise, the hotel is exempt from liability for the safety of things.
  5. The hotel is not liable in case of force majeure, as a result of which the hotel guests were without energy supply, water supply, water consumption. At the same time, the hotel is obliged to take measures to provide electricity and water consumption to hotel guests as far as possible.
  6. The Hotel Administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of technical problems in the room, smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the guest of this accommodation, public order, order of use of household appliances;
  7. In the event of the discovery of forgotten things, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. The things forgotten by guests are stored in the Hotel for 6 months.
    • Food with opened packaging is not subject to long-term storage and must be disposed of. If the packaging of food products is not broken, they are handed over to the storage room according to the general rules and must be stored for 1 week.
    • Unused personal items are recorded in the journal and stored for 1 week. Used personal items are not subject to long-term storage and are subject to disposal.
    • Individual cosmetics in unopened packaging must be stored for 1 week. Open individual cosmetics are not subject to storage.
  1. Hotel staff and residents should be quiet and mutually polite.
  2. In case of violation by the Guest of these rules, the hotel administration may, in order to restore the peace and quiet of other Guests, make a remark to the violator. If the Guest repeatedly violates the internal rules of hotel accommodation and does not respond to the requirements of the administration and / or law enforcement officials, which leads to material losses or inconvenience for other visitors, the hotel has the right to refuse to provide services to the Guest and evict him from the hotel.
  3. When leaving the hotel, the resident needs to make a full payment for the services provided and hand in the room key.
  4. The book of reviews and suggestions is available from the administrator and is issued upon first request. Applications and complaints are accepted by the hotel in writing and are considered on time
